First We would like introduce ourselves as the Unique Group which is twenty years old and having interests in Plywood Wooden Panels fertilisers and cement and now in Batteries. The total group turnover is USD 850 Million (INR 5.7 Billions)

    The group started their business from wood industry and we put one by one brick and reached here.
    Right now we are operating over one hundred press delights in twelve hot press of ply wood.
    We are marketing our ply in Unique brand in Mahrashtra Gujrat M.P. U.P. and Haryana.

(4) Yamuna Fertilizers established in 1990

    The Yamuna Fertiliser is dealing basically in fertilisers and cement. This is one of the leading fertilizer seller of north Haryana with more than 100 crore turnover.

(5)  Tronex Laminates.

    Its a totally green field project being established in Yamunanagar. The total area is of land is 23 acre. Where we are going manufacture MDF Board and Particle Board. That will commence in production by the end of 2016.

(6) Unique Energos Pvt Ltd established in 2010

    Unique Energos the subsidiary of Unique Group has set up a Greenfield project in Yamuna Nagar Haryana in Dec 2010 with ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
    Where manufacturing world class batteries.
    Unique purchased total 28.5 acre land for only Battery expansion. Now we have  a covered area of 60000 sq feet.  Presently we have the production capacity of 25-30 K battery per month.

     Equipped with latest and the best plant machinery and equipments
    Environmental friendly with dedicated air and water treatment plant meeting all the pollution norms.
    The turn over of last financial year was 87 crore .
    Also supplying inverter and Solar battery batteries to some well known Big OEM's of India.

Mr. Sanjiv Gupta (Managing Director) is a Law Graduate. He is well Known person of Plywood world. At the age of 50 years old he has almost 25 years experience in various businesses. Widely travelled and highly connected having track record of success.


Mr. Rajeev Gupta (Director)  is a Mechanical Engineer from the Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh looking technical aspects of Unique Group of Companies. Having 15 years experience blend of technical skills Machineries projects and business sense.


Mr. Sanjay Garg (Director Finance) is a Commerce Graduate. Mr. Sanjay handling the Agri inputs and cement business with the turnover of 100 crores. He is heading the financial part of the UEPL.

Mr. Mukul Vijay Singh (Business Head) is M. Sc. And M.B.A. Extensive background in complex and challenging environments with proven ability to represent the company with Customers and Channel Partners. Strong business acumen with skills to remain on the cutting edge; drive new business through conceptualizing strategies augmenting & streamlining Channel networks implementing product promotions etc. Verifiable year on year success in achieving revenue and business growth objectives in highly competitive environments. Excellent communication and people management skills that have been honed through managing multi skilled teams.
